Initial Contact/Quotation
- Commencement of your web design
Once we are hired, we will be asking further questions and try to get a good idea as to what colors, fonts, styles and pictures that we need to create a vision for your website. We will need you to be as specific as possible during our conversations to ensure that we are on the right track. Once we have completed Draft 1 we will have this available for you to view on our Test Server. This is the important stage where you must thoroughly review the site based on the colors, fonts and style that we have provided and let us know in detail your thoughts. It is important that you provide as much FEEDBACK as possible when reviewing Draft 1 so we can accurately amend the site according to your revisions requested.
Based on the information you provide in your quotation or verbal conversations, U-Bute Designs focus on determining your needs, what you are expecting from your website and try to get a feel for your industry. This is why it is important for you to provide us with as much information/detail as possible when requesting your quotation and also during our conversations whether face-to-face or via the telephone. This will also allow us to give you a more accuate estimate of cost.
We will provide a written quotation for your review and upon signed approval, we'll get started on your web design. 50% deposit is required before commencement and balance is payable when job is completed and your site is live.

Timeframe
Timeframe of your web design will be outlined on the original quotation that you have signed and agreed to. You can expect to see Draft 1 which includes project ideas with fonts/styles/images etc on the first concept. We aim to complete the project within the agreed timeframe, but this will also depend on how quickly you respond to Draft 1, our additional revisions, etc. Sometimes it does take longer which may be out of our control because of revisions being delivered to us delayed. We are aware that our clients have their own businesses and own deadlines to deal with also. We are great communicators, so it is important that we all communicate well.
If you require your website to be designed in a Shorter Timeframe or Urgently this can also be achieved. You will need to let us know during the INITIAL Discussions.
Ownership
YOU the client, own the website, and all images within it once final payment has been made. All relevant data/images/files etc are uploaded to your domain name and then your website will be live. If you are hosting with us also, you will receive login details to CPANEL so you have full access to your full domain site and we will train you to perform regular backups of your site etc.
Amendments after web completion
If you require further changes to your completed website after it is live and after you have agreed the job has been completed, we will need to discuss this separately. If it has only been a few hours or days and they are only minor text changes etc this will be no issue.
If at a later date you would like to ADD an ADDITIONAL web page to your existing website we can quote on this. This is usually roughly $199 for additional page, but please call us on 1300 50 40 41 to discuss and confirm and exact price. Or you could email us for a quote
Search Engine Submission
Automated search engine submission to the 3 main search engines (eg. Google, MSN, Yahoo) occurs after launching, testing and slight website modifications.
At no stage can we guarantee when or where the Search Engines will place your website within their search results or directory.

Website design with custom graphics Customization depending on your project and needs (contact forms, photo galleries) Natural/Organic SEO (META data populated, ALT tags populated, W3C Validation, general search engine optimization). All files uploaded and configured on your hosting account Files backed up and maintained in our client library for future projects or revisions.
